Twelve-year-old Emily Thomé and her 13-year-old sister McKenna, from Tigard, and the hoard of young surfers at Otter Rock couldn't have asked for much more at the fourth annual Rock n' Roll Youth Surf and Beach Cleanup Challenge on a perfectly pleasant Saturday afternoon
