Preparing to respond to disaster Taft High students receive certification for CERT

LINCOLN CITY – Freshman Zane Troutt asked his fellow student to verbally respond multiple times. He even took the “victim’s” hand and squeezed it. When he didn’t get a response, he knew his peer was in shock and took action.
