Foreclosures add stress to sheriff’s office

SILETZ — A little-known department in the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office is struggling under an avalanche of court-ordered foreclosures and other paperwork, revealed the head of the civil division during a town hall meeting on Tuesday.
