Newport drone test flies into controversy

NEWPORT — A test flight here of a camera-equipped, radio-controlled “quadcopter” last Saturday captured dramatic images of the Yaquina Bay Bridge and other iconic coastal landmarks, highlighting the exciting capabilities of drones in the hands of civilians.
