Highway 20 project back in business

SALEM — The Oregon Transportation Commission (OTC) on Wednesday voted unanimously to finish the stalled Pioneer Mt.-Eddyville highway project by authorizing an additional $142 million to uncurl a deadly 10-mile stretch of Highway 20, the major Corvallis to Newport route.
