Acosta trial set to begin Jan. 29

The trial of Thomas P. Acosta, a Seattle man accused of multiple sex-related crimes against a Toledo woman who died last October in a car accident, is scheduled to begin on Jan. 29 in the Lincoln County courtroom of Circuit Court Judge Thomas O. Branford.
