Hwy 20 fate to be decided next week

TOLEDO — The Oregon Transportation Commission will determine the fate of a botched highway project next week in Salem, where it will consider five options to finish the effort to straighten dangerous H 20 — including one idea to quit the job and leave it where it stands.
