Aquarium pays off bonds early, prepares for exhibit expansion

SOUTH BEACH – Officials at the Oregon Coast Aquarium are feeling confident about the finances these days – so comfortable in fact, that they’ve paid off a couple of bonds that were not due until 2014 and 2015.
