Lincoln City pulls trigger on annexation

LINCOLN CITY – After a blistering verbal attack on the Roads End Water District Board of Directors by Councilor Chester Noreikis, the Lincoln City Council voted on Monday to adopt an ordinance annexing 246 acres of land in Roads End.
