Mayor, councilor-elect clash at start of meeting

DEPOE BAY – Monday night’s Depoe Bay City Council meeting started out with a testy exchange between outgoing Mayor Carol Connors and councilor-in waiting Zeke Olsen and ended with Depoe Bay’s employees receiving across-the-board raises and all employees awarded a $342 safety bonus.
