A flock of seagulls appeared undisturbed by blustery fall weather and a spouting horn fueled by large, crashing waves in Depoe Bay last Sunday. Several spouting horns along the Depoe Bay boardwalk grow active during storms, spraying jets of seawater as high as 50 feet into the air.
