Research vessel gets looks in Yaquina Bay

The R/V Marcus G. Langseth, a 235-foot-long scientific research vessel that operates throughout the eastern Pacific Ocean, drew the attention of many Newport residents Monday morning when it sailed into Yaquina Bay.
