Coast Guard begins mandatory exams of commercial fishing boats

The U.S. Coast Guard is scheduled to conduct Operation Get Decal, performing mandatory dockside examinations of Dungeness crab vessels at ports throughout Washington and Oregon, Monday through Friday.
