My family and I have been serving communities throughout Oregon for more than 25 years, providing policies for all types of insurance. Ultimate customer service is my focus. I want to take the time to advise my clients so each and every one of them knows what their particular insurance can or cannot do for them. The staff at Kim Duty Insurance wants to make your insurance experience as easy and effortless as possible. You have many options available to you for your insurance and we want to be your go-to agency. I am dedicated to making your insurance experience an easy and educating one. I have found that many of my clients didn't really understand what was covered by their policy but that was before they came to me. My goal and promise to you is to take the time to fully explain, in a way you can understand, what your insurance provides for you. I am available to my clients 24/7 for any questions or emergencies and I have 2 staff members to help also. We have two offices to serve our communities and both are open Monday through Thursday from 9 am – 5 pm and Fridays 10 am - 4 pm, with appointments available on evenings or weekends.
