Thanks to the help of dedicated volunteers, previously out-of-reach dental care became a reality to dozens of Lincoln County’s homeless.
Dental volunteers for Lincoln County Project Homeless Connect performed more than $20,000 worth of free dental work on Oct. 6 and 7. The dentists and their assistants worked out of a Medical Teams International (MTI) Mobile Dental Unit.
Dentists and assistants from around Lincoln County provided free dental care to 38 people.
